Planted in the heart of historic Old Hilliard, Cyclical Nature Bicycles represents the culmination of a lifelong passion for cycling and decades of experience in the industry. Since day one, Cyclical Nature Bicycles has supported the local community as well as being a trusted resource for Central Ohio cyclists, no matter where they may race, ride, and roam. Whether you're training for an epic adventure, trying to stay in shape, or simply cruising the neighborhood with your family, Cyclical Nature Bicycles is committed to ensuring your bicycle is ready for anything you are.

Our Team

Our team at Cyclical Nature Bicycles is passionate about all things cycling, and we're dedicated to providing our customers with the highest level of service and expertise.

Bill Suckow, our owner, brings over 20 years of experience in the cycling industry to the shop. His commitment to customer service, ingenuity, and attention to detail as both a master mechanic and a certified Retul bicycle fitter is second to none. Andrew Nelsen, our Service Manager, started as a dedicated bike commuter seven years ago and soon became part of the Cyclical Nature Bicycles family. Today, he oversees the day-to-day operations of the service department, serves as our lead mechanic and parts guru, and handles special orders and custom builds. Karen Glowacki, our Operations & Admin Manager, has over 15 years in the cycling industry. Her passion lies primarily in road and gravel riding, but she's eager to try anything that promises a good ride! Her current project involves finding bikes from the streets, restoring them, and donating them back to the community. Karen handles a wide range of tasks, including sales, inventory, purchasing, warranty claims, administrative duties, and everything else that needs to be done to keep the shop running smoothly. Norm Russell, a seasoned mechanic with over 25 years of experience both commuting and road touring, is a valuable asset to our team. His longest ride, the 600-mile Bike Across Kansas in 2005, speaks volumes about his endurance and dedication. Josh Long, our Senior Mechanic, rounds out our skilled team with his extensive mechanical experience and passion for cycling, whether it's on a road, mountain, or BMX bike.

Cyclical Nature Bicycles uses a combination of the Guru Dynamic Fit Unit (DFU) and the Retul 3D Fit System, a unique process in Central Ohio that ensures your road, triathlon, or mountain bicycle fits *you* rather than the other way around. Our specialized fitting process begins with an in-depth interview and analysis to reveal your bio-mechanical information, which is crucial for an optimal fit. We'll conduct a physical assessment, taking into account your symmetry, flexibility, strength, and any current or previous injuries. Your cycling experience level and goals will also be thoroughly discussed to tailor the fitting to your individual needs.
