Our History

Our company was founded by Kyle M. Davis, President and Owner, who has over three decades of experience in the construction industry. Kyle's passion for commercial construction began in his childhood, working alongside his father and grandfather, who were both builders. After graduating from the University of Florida with a degree in Building Construction, Kyle started a home building business, but soon realized his true passion lay in commercial construction. With his extensive experience working with renowned companies such as Disney World and EMJ Corp, Kyle formed KMD Construction, LLC in 2001 with his wife, Kim.

• Kyle M. Davis, President/Owner: With over three decades of experience in the construction industry, Kyle has developed a keen eye for detail and quality construction.
• Kevin Cuevas, Vice President of Finance: With a degree in Accounting from Mississippi State University, Kevin has over 20 years of experience in the accounting field.
• Tom Crouch, Vice President of Construction: With a Masters degree in Real Estate and Construction Management from the University of Denver, Tom has extensive experience in commercial construction and has worked on several large projects.
