Beacon Adult Foster Care, Inc. exists to enhance the lives of our members by offering quality caregiver services that promote dignity and independence. We believe in creating a safe, supportive environment where individuals can thrive.
Who We Serve
We proudly serve individuals in Southeastern and Eastern Massachusetts, including the Greater Boston area south of Boston and communities east of the Rhode Island/Massachusetts border. Our services are designed to provide personalized care and support to adults who need assistance with daily living activities or require additional support due to medical or behavioral challenges.
Our Services
We offer a comprehensive range of services to support individuals in maintaining their independence and living fulfilling lives. These include:
1. Adult Foster Care (AFC)
- 24/7 personalized care in a home setting
- Assistance with daily activities of living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, eating, and toileting
- Management of behavioral issues
- Ongoing support and companionship
2. Caregiver Services
- Training and support for family and friends who wish to become AFC caregivers
- Assistance with finding appropriate caregiving resources
- Ongoing communication and support for caregivers
3. Resource Navigation
- Guidance on accessing healthcare, community services, and financial assistance
- Advocacy and support in navigating the healthcare system
