About Our Founder

Shirley Faleer, MA, LPC, has spent over three decades serving as a counselor, play therapist, and educator. With a strong foundation in both clinical and educational settings, Shirley has worked extensively with adults, children, and families. Her extensive post-graduate training in expressive arts and experiential treatment methods has equipped her to work effectively with clients of all ages.

Counseling Services

Our teletherapy services provide individuals with a safe and supportive space to explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences. Our strength-based approach helps clients become increasingly responsible in their relationships with themselves and others. We utilize various treatment methods, including psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioral, EMDR, TAPPPING/EFT, and trauma assessment/intervention.

Parent Coaching

Explore. Engage. Connect. Our Parent Coaching program uses the innovative Nurtured Heart Approach (NHA) to ignite the spark of connection and revitalize parental relationships. Developed by therapist Howard Glasser, the NHA is a potent transformational tool for parents, caregivers, clinicians, and educators. We help families transform challenging behaviors and achieve meaningful progress.

Our comprehensive NHA training provides families and communities with the tools they need to overcome adversity and achieve long-lasting growth. As an Advanced Trainer in the NHA, Shirley Faleer coaches families and communities, empowering them to achieve relationship transformations previously considered impossible.
