Disappointing Experiences
Some reviewers had unfortunate experiences with William Campbell, a professional counselor. Jake Freudiger, who gave a 1-star rating, claimed that he was given bad advice, and his partner was scheduled to see the counselor twice as much as him. He felt that it was all done behind his back and that he was supposed to be the one at fault. This led to the couple's decision to split up, as they saw the counselor as their last hope. Freudiger strongly advises against recommending William Campbell for couples counseling.
Positive Experiences
On the other hand, Jason Melvin Sabonz and Tracy Childs had excellent experiences with William Campbell. They both gave 5-star ratings and praised the "absolutely amazing people" and "amazing staff." Sabonz mentioned that he has recommended them to loved ones, while Childs commended the staff's ability to adapt to remote services.
Room for Improvement
However, Debra Huff, who also gave a 1-star rating, had a negative experience with the staff's communication skills. She felt that they needed better listening and people skills when speaking to prospective clients over the phone.
