Crossroads Counseling Services

Established in 1977, Crossroads Counseling Services, Inc., is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to providing high-quality, accessible, and affordable therapeutic treatment, support services, and educational programming. We recognize the need for help can occur at any time, day or night, and therefore, we are committed to creating an environment where all people belong.

Our primary therapeutic treatment approach is through outpatient programs including individual, group, and family counseling. We assist all persons in maintaining their personal, work, and/or school lifestyle as they engage in their individualized journey. Our agency recognizes clients from various socio-economic backgrounds; therefore, a fee scale program has been designed to address individual needs. Self-payment, Medicaid, and most private health plans are accepted.

We offer four (4) outpatient offices, two (2) residential facilities, one (1) sober living group home, two (2) transitional housing apartments, group and individual therapeutic treatment options, case management services, and educational programming. Our locations include Central Office in St. Clairsville, Belmont County in Bellaire, Harrison County in Cadiz, and Monroe County in Woodsfield.

Our services include Adult Drug Court, Driver Intervention Program (DIP), Eating Disorders, Group Counseling, Individual Outpatient Counseling, Jail Services, Medical Provider Services, Prevention Education & Community Outreach, Residential Treatment, Sober Living, and Underage Consumption Program.
