Welcome to Key Martial Arts, where we've been empowering students in Oceanside, Carlsbad, and Vista since 2000. We're proud to have been inducted into the USA Martial Arts Hall of Fame in 2010. Our Programs

We offer a range of programs designed to cater to different age groups and skill levels. Choose from our Mighty Ninjas Kids Jiu Jitsu, Youth Program, Teen Program, or Adult Program. Our American Kenpo/Kempo style is founded on self-defense, and our programs are tailored to meet the unique needs of each student. Whether you're looking to improve your physical fitness, lose weight, or learn self-defense techniques, we have a program for you.

Our staff is comprised of experienced instructors who have a rich background in the Kempo industry. Meet our Head Instructor, Matt Polack, and Instructor, Ave Polack. We're committed to providing a supportive and empowering learning environment for all students.
