SunCastles Management, Inc. is a family-owned and operated business, proudly serving Central Florida since 1981. We have recently moved to a new address, 100 E Pine St, Suite 110, Orlando, FL 32801, where we continue to prioritize the needs of our valued clients and tenants. Our office is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, with Saturday appointments available upon request. We are closed on Sundays.

Our History and Mission

Established in June 1981, SunCastles Management has been at the forefront of property management services in Central Florida, riding the wave of the growing rental investment market. Our exceptional service and professionalism have led to a significant expansion of our property inventory through client referrals, with some clients and tenants remaining with us for over 30 years!

At SunCastles Management, our primary goal is to foster long-term tenancies. Our tenants typically renew their leases for an average of 4 consecutive years, underscoring their satisfaction with our top-quality service. Minimizing vacancies translates to substantial savings in turnover costs for property owners. We place great emphasis on ensuring that our tenants feel completely at home. Our approachable property managers and maintenance staff work tirelessly to create a comfortable and secure environment for our tenants. Satisfaction is paramount in cultivating a strong tenant/landlord relationship.

Meet Our Team

Stuart Pursley (1954-2020), our late Broker/Founder/CFO, was the mastermind behind the success of our business and mentor to all of our staff. Stuart graduated from Auburn University in 1977 with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Marketing. Shortly after graduating, Stuart and his wife moved to Orlando to pursue their dreams in Real Estate. His knowledge in the business world led him to create a successful platform to launch the SunCastles Center, home to SunCastles Management, SunCastles Real Estate, and SunCastles Restorations. Sadly, Stuart passed away in August of 2020 after a 6-year battle with cancer. We owe all of our success to this amazing man and continue to strive to make him proud.
