Our Services

*CNC Machining*: Our Computer Numeric Control (CNC) department utilizes a fully integrated computer network and state-of-the-art machining processes to turn your concepts into working components. We work with a variety of materials, including aluminum, plastics, composites, and tool steels, to produce detailed parts design, secondary operations, custom one-off parts, production runs, and prototypes to meet your specifications. Our capabilities include 3 axis machining with added 4 axis indexing, work envelopes up to 31" x 60" x 24", bar feed turning from.125" - 1.25", and larger parts with ODs up to 20". We use CAD/CAM software packages, including Solidworks, Surfcam, and Autocad, and our DNC software package, Cimco, is capable of data transfer to all CNCs simultaneously.
