Disappointing Experience with a Company
The Pualei Circle had a terrible experience with a company, which received a 1-star rating. The author claimed that the group was "inorganized" and "clowns" who were incompetent and argumentative. They were originally quoted a price for services, but it was almost doubled when the work was finished. The author had to pay a private company to complete the work, which took much longer than expected. The owner was unresponsive and unhelpful when the author complained.
Highly Recommended Company
In contrast, the Dr. Craig Jones and Erin Von had excellent experiences with a different company. Both authors gave 5-star ratings. Dr. Jones praised the company's expert inspection service and detailed reporting, which allowed them to make an informed decision. Erin Von described the service as "EXCELLENT" and commended the professional, Russell, for his strong integrity.
