Our Qualifications and Certifications

We are proud to be certified as a Small Disadvantage Business with the Federal Government's SDB program with 8(a) Certification. Our company holds the State of Hawaii Contractor Licenses C-20571 for C-1 Acoustical and Insulation, C-5 Cabinet, Millwork and Carpentry Modeling and Repairs, and C-19 Asbestos. We have a State of Hawaii Asbestos Entity registration number (A-001) and an EPA Lead-Based paint activities certification number (HI-04-082005-2854). Our insurance coverage includes $2,000,000 dollars of the "True Occurrence" General Liabilities insurance, Contractors Pollution Liability Insurance for Asbestos and lead Abatement contracts, and the capacity to bond a single project with a contract price up to $750,000 and $1,300,000 aggregate range.
