Services
Mobile Massage Therapy
Our mobile massage service brings professional therapy directly to your location, eliminating travel requirements. Certified therapists use portable equipment to deliver customized treatments in comfortable environments. Services include deep tissue work, sports recovery, and prenatal care for individuals and groups at homes, offices, or events.
Sports Massage
Specialized sports massage techniques enhance athletic performance and accelerate recovery. We serve professional teams and individual athletes with targeted neuromuscular therapy. Treatments focus on injury prevention, flexibility improvement, and muscle function optimization through sport-specific stretching and deep tissue manipulation.
Prenatal Massage
Gentle maternity massage addresses pregnancy-related discomforts using safe sideline positioning. Supportive cushions relieve pressure on back and pelvic regions while promoting circulation. Sessions help reduce swelling, alleviate muscle tension, and improve sleep quality for expectant mothers through specialized prenatal techniques.
SportStretch Sessions
Active and passive stretching routines improve flexibility and range of motion during 30-90 minute sessions. Floor-based techniques combine assisted stretching with massage therapy for athletes and active individuals. Sessions can be standalone treatments or integrated with regular massage appointments for enhanced recovery.
Deep Tissue Therapy
Targeted deep tissue work addresses chronic muscle tension and fascial adhesions. Therapists apply firm pressure to release knots and improve mobility in affected areas. This technique benefits individuals with repetitive strain injuries, postural imbalances, or persistent muscle tightness through focused, slow-stroke manipulation.
