Founded by Principal David Niemann, our company has a rich history of successfully navigating the complex world of real estate. Prior to forming Niemann Properties, David spent eight years as Chief Operating Officer at Resolute Properties LLC, where he focused exclusively on new office and medical development. With years of experience as an owner-operator, property manager, developer, and broker, David brings a unique perspective to his clients, providing well-rounded advice on investing, developing, purchasing, selling, and leasing properties.
