Founded in 1994, Liberty Land Transfer, Inc. is a seasoned title insurance agency specializing in working with first-time home buyers, refinances, commercial property, and independent real estate agents. Meet The Team

Our principals and staff are highly experienced title professionals, specializing in their respective areas of concern. John J. D'Lauro, Esq acts as CEO and Counsel; Holly F. Keller, with 45 years of experience in the title industry, serves as President. A full-time support staff compliments all facets of operations relation to title and settlement. Holly began as a secretary at a Lancaster title company. Training as a searcher and as a closer followed, along with obtaining her title insurance license in 1978 and she later transferred to the Harrisburg office to become the manager.

Dawn DeWalt, our Senior Closer, has been with Liberty Land Transfer since its inception. She has extensive experience in all aspects of title work and is well-versed in both residential and commercial transactions. Dawn has been a valuable asset to our team, providing exceptional service to our clients.

Michele Noggle, our Senior Searcher, has been with Liberty Land Transfer for over 20 years. She has extensive experience in all aspects of title searching and is well-versed in both residential and commercial transactions. Michele has been a valuable asset to our team, providing exceptional service to our clients.

Natalie White, our Junior Closer, joined Liberty Land Transfer in 2016. She is currently training to become a licensed title agent and has been an asset to our team, assisting with settlements and providing customer service.
