Our Story

Our journey began in 2006 when Chef Pietro Vardeu and Co-Owner Antonio "Tony" Gallo, two talented and experienced hospitality professionals, envisioned a restaurant that would bring the essence of Sardinia to the heart of Miami Beach. Today, we are proud to say that our restaurant has become a beloved institution, celebrated for its warm ambiance, exquisite cuisine, and impressive wine list.
