Grandview Swim Club

The Grandview Swim Club has been a beloved staple in Pfafftown, NC for over half a century. Since its inception, it has been a summer haven for families and friends to escape the heat, have fun, form connections, and create unforgettable memories. At Grandview, we strive to provide an exceptional summer experience for all.

Our facilities include a 25-meter pool with a diving board, certified lifeguards, a spacious deck with ample seating, a picnic shelter, and tables with umbrellas. For our younger members, we have a wading pool and a play area equipped with basketball hoops, cornhole games, and a play structure. We take pride in maintaining a clean, safe, and enjoyable environment for all to enjoy.

The Grandview Swim Club is a private, members-only facility. We welcome families and individuals from all over the area to become members and take advantage of all that we have to offer. As an all-volunteer organization, we value new ideas and fresh perspectives, and we encourage our members to share their suggestions with us.

Becoming a Member

To become a member of the Grandview Swim Club, you must fill out a membership application and pay the necessary fees. Returning members will receive renewal applications on March 4th (for lifetime members) and March 11th (for annual members). New members can request an application beginning March 11th.

Membership fees go toward year-round expenses, including pool maintenance and repair, improving the grounds, paying utility and property tax bills, and providing a top-notch experience for our members. Our 2024 membership fees are as follows:

• All 1st time Members pay a one time $100 joining fee
• Annual Family Membership: $525.00 (includes up to 5 people living in the same household; each additional member living in the same household is $50)
• Two-Person Membership: $350
• Single Person Membership: $225
• Returning Lifetime Membership: $425

Renting the Facility

Our facilities are available to rent for parties and events, either during operating hours or outside of our regular hours. If you're interested in renting the facility, please contact us for more information.

The Grandview Swim Club Board of Directors

The Grandview Swim Club Board of Directors is committed to ensuring the Duty of Care, Duty of Loyalty, and Duty of Obedience for the Grandview Swim Club. This includes:

• Taking care of Grandview Swim Club by ensuring prudent use of all assets, including the facility, people, and goodwill
• Ensuring that Grandview Swim Club's activities and transactions are, first and foremost, advancing its mission
• Recognizing and disclosing conflicts of interest
• Making decisions that are in the best interest of Grandview Swim Club, not in the best interest of individual board members or any other individual or for-profit entity
• Ensuring that Grandview Swim Club obeys applicable laws and regulations
• Following its own bylaws
• Adhering to the Grandview Swim Club's mission and values
