Z-Solutions

Z-Solutions is a company founded by Josh Rockey in 2002, with the goal of providing cost-effective technical support to small businesses. Initially, the company started as a one-person shop, offering services to local businesses after hours. As the demand grew, so did the company, and today, Z-Solutions employs 8 technicians, 1 web developer/designer, and an accounts payable/invoice staff. Over the years, we have expanded our coverage area to serve clients all over the State of Michigan, maintaining a high level of expertise while keeping costs affordable.

Our Services

Z-Solutions specializes in technical support and IT services for small businesses and start-ups with 1 to 250 network users. Our services include computer repair, website hosting, VOIP phone systems, and more. We offer unique services such as automated server monitoring, ensuring that our clients have reliable access to enterprise-class technical expertise. Our aim is to free clients from dependence on freelance consultants and provide them with affordable, reliable access to the technical support they need.

Our History

Z-Solutions has a rich history, starting from its formation in 2002 as a DBA. In 2003, we became a Limited Liability Company. We have since expanded our services and coverage, becoming a Dell Certified Technician and Reseller in 2004, a Google App Reseller in 2008, a Carbonite Partner in 2010, and a VOIP Phone Provider in 2019. Our recent acquisitions include Dytrim Technologies in 2018 and becoming an ESET MSP Partner the same year.
