• 5-Axis Machining and Turning: Our portfolio of state-of-the-art 5-axis work centers is capable of achieving tight tolerances, true positions, and GD&T requirements on the first part. We specialize in exotic material prototyping and are able to pass on savings in setup pieces and material costs to our clients.

• Manufacturing: With over 12,000 square feet of manufacturing space, we continue to add machine technology to improve our capabilities and add value to our clients. We utilize 5S principles as well as lean manufacturing initiatives to align our technology in a way that provides maximum efficiency and machine up time. Automated 5-axis production, advanced work holding, and fixturing lead to significant capacity gains over a conventional shop.

• Engineering: With our extensive experience in R&D, we work with clients hand in hand to achieve their goals and maintain intellectual property protection throughout development. Our capabilities include advanced SolidWorks modeling, Design for Manufacturing and Assembly (DFMA), and the sourcing of special outside operations.

• Inspection: Our precision machine shop utilizes meticulous measurement inspection technology within a temperature-controlled environment. We employ programmable vision systems, scanning CMM technology, and calibrated and controlled metrology tools to ensure quality and repeatability. Digital part inspection reports are available at no cost to our clients.

• Quality Assurance: We maintain strong practices and procedures to ensure quality control and client satisfaction. Our AS9100 quality system was developed with our core competencies of low-volume 5-axis machining in mind. In order to meet the Standard and not lose any time in delivering quality work, we developed a custom AS9100 quality system that relies heavily on employee training.
