Subcontractors' Opportunity

Here at JiJ Construction Corp, we believe in the power of collaboration and the significant contributions of subcontractors and suppliers. We strive to foster a culture of teamwork that extends beyond our internal team, ensuring every aspect of our projects is executed with utmost precision and efficiency.

Currently, we are soliciting Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC, Roofing, Engineers, and Landscaping subcontractors for the following bids:

• BID: SWA RFQ 24-601 General Contracting Services
• SCOPE OF WORK: Construction services and general contracting projects including, but not limited to, repairs, replacements, and/or installations of municipal infrastructure, which may also include, but not limited to, wastewater pump stations and conveyance, irrigation systems, miscellaneous plumbing, and piping, minor electrical, concrete and asphalt pavement and curbing repair/replacement, site work, grading, and stormwater system rehabilitation and other improvements.

Subcontractors must be certified Small/ Minority/ Women Business Enterprises and must be licensed in their field with valid insurance coverage reflecting the minimum amounts and conditions specified in the Insurance Requirements. The BID is for a 2-year contract with SWA general contracting services, and responses must be received by May 24th, 2024.
