With more than 24 years combined experience, our co-founders Doug Manhardt and Jeff Chevalier bring you award-winning custom built homes in the Nashville and Knoxville markets.

LifeStyle Construction was co-founded in 2003 by Doug and Jeff in Knoxville, Tennessee. In December 2013, LifeStyle opened an office in Brentwood, Tennessee to expand into the Nashville market. A few of our specialties include: custom building, renovations, additions, green building, outdoor living, and swimming pools.

Our team personally oversees each project, and we only take a limited number of projects at a time to ensure impeccable quality and craftsmanship. Our commitment to excellence is evident in every aspect of our work, from the initial design to the final product.
