National Gay Pilots Association

The National Gay Pilots Association (NGPA) is a global community of lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender (LGBTQ+) aviation professionals, enthusiasts, and educators. Since 1990, our mission has been to build, support, and unite the LGBTQ+ aviation community worldwide. We are a platform for LGBTQ+ individuals to connect, network, and share their passion for aviation.
