What are your hours of operation?
We're open Sunday-Friday 8 AM-6 PM, Saturdays 8 AM-12 PM, including holidays except Thanksgiving and Christmas.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and cash for our pet care services.
Do you require a deposit for boarding services?
Yes, we require a 50% deposit at drop-off for first-time boarding customers.
What vaccination records are required for services?
Dogs need rabies, town license certificates, distemper, and bordetella; cats need rabies and feline distemper documentation.
Can I tour the facility before boarding my pet?
Yes, we welcome tours anytime we're open, with the best availability between 1-3 PM for detailed visits.
Is playtime included with boarding fees?
Yes, dogs receive 4-5 daily play yard sessions included in boarding rates with no additional charges.
