Meet Our Team

Our team is comprised of experienced professionals with a diverse background in construction, heating and air, flooring, and business. Jerry Stonger, our Founder and CEO, is a certified home inspector with over 12 years of experience and a degree in Construction Management. Chris Gilbert, another certified home inspector, brings 19 years of heating and air service and sales experience, as well as 8 years as a flooring contractor. Riley Stonger, our Business Development/Marketing expert, is a recent graduate with a degree in Business and Marketing. Matt Garcia is also part of our team, bringing his expertise in various aspects of construction.
