Our Leadership Team
Our leadership team is comprised of three generations of the Autry family, who have been involved in the property management industry for decades. Our team consists of:
- Ethan Autry, Owner/President/Property Manager: Ethan has been involved in property management since he was a young boy and has been running the business for over 20 years. He is passionate about ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service and attention to detail.
- Tonya Autry, Vice President: Tonya is married to Robert Autry, the founder of Colonial Property Management, and has been involved in the business for over 30 years. She is responsible for customer service, managing our internal operations, and overseeing our maintenance and inspections departments.
- Robert Autry, Owner/Maintenance Director: Robert has over 25 years of experience in aviation and brings a unique attention to detail to our maintenance and inspections departments. He oversees our maintenance department and is personally available to both tenants and homeowners.
- Cullen Autry, Owner/Inspections Director: Cullen has extensive experience in the inspections process of rentals and heads our inspections team. He is responsible for ensuring that our inspections department is running smoothly and efficiently.
