Our Story

Joe Profetto, the founder of First Impression Integrative Coaching, has a personal journey that has taught him the importance of listening to one's inner voice and overcoming personal pain and limitations. After returning from a life-altering pilgrimage across Spain, Joe faced unexpected challenges, including the ending of a 20-year marriage and the death of his mother. However, he was determined to find strength in adversity and embarked on a journey of self-discovery and transformation. Through his work with the Shadow Process and Integrative Coaching, Joe was able to make peace with his past and discover his true calling as a coach.
