Our Expertise
As a Certified MBSR Instructor and Professional Certified Coach (PCC), our founder, Sunada Takagi, has over 28 years of training and practice in meditation and personal development. She brings a unique blend of evidence-based methods and practical approaches from the Buddhist tradition to help individuals find sanity, groundedness, and purpose in their lives.
