Cage-Free Boarding
Our 24/7 staffed facility provides cage-free boarding with daytime daycare included. Each stay includes CPR-trained staff, on-call veterinary support, and daily sanitization. Dogs enjoy separate play areas based on size and temperament, with outdoor play sessions and enrichment activities throughout their stay.
Dog Training
We offer comprehensive training programs including puppy basics, leash manners, behavioral modification, and CGC certification preparation. How do I schedule pet care services?
Existing clients can email or text us directly. New clients should complete our online form to book a consultation meeting.
Are services available during holidays?
Yes, we operate 24/7/365 including holidays with a 50% surcharge. We recommend booking 8 weeks in advance.
How are visits verified?
All visits use GPS tracking through Time to Pet with real-time notifications and photo reports for each service.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit and debit cards through our Time to Pet system with automatic weekly billing.
Can I request the same pet care specialist?
We assign consistent teams trained on your pet's specific needs but cannot guarantee a single individual for all visits.
What happens during bad weather?
We continue all services except pet waste removal during rain or snow with appropriate safety precautions.
