Standard inspections typically take 2-3 hours depending on property size and complexity, with reports delivered within 24 hours.
What's included in your inspection report?
Reports include detailed descriptions, photographs, and prioritized recommendations covering structural, electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems and pest infestation risks.
Do you offer payment plans?
We require full payment at inspection time but offer a $15 discount for cash or check payments.
Are re-inspections included in your service?
Re-inspections are available starting at $225 for follow-up on previously identified repair items.
