As a licensed residential service agency by the Maryland Department of Health and Mental Hygiene, Office of Health Care Quality, we take pride in our team of skilled and dedicated professionals who are qualified and licensed to provide continuous care to geriatrics, adults, and children.

Our team is comprised of qualified professionals, including Registered Nurses (RN), Certified Nurse Assistants (CNA), Geriatric Nurse Assistants (GNA), Certified Medical Technicians (CMT), and Companions. We provide home care services to clients in Baltimore City, Baltimore County, Howard County, and Anne Arundel County 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our services are tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual, focusing on delivering reliable, patient-centered care and service.

Our Services

• Transitioning and medication reminder and administration

Meet Our Team

Our team is led by Myrna Gordon-Radway, the founder of Comfort First Homecare. Myrna has more than 15 years of experience in the home care industry and has an exceptional academic background, including a Master of Science in Management, specializing in Human Resources. She began her career as a certified nursing assistant and has worked in various areas of home care, including companion care and assisted living management.
