Our Providers

Our practice is led by Dr. Susan Catt, a board-certified obstetrician and gynecologist with extensive experience in providing exceptional care to women of all ages. Dr. Catt is passionate about delivering personalized attention and care, and has a deep understanding of the complex needs of her patients. Our practice is also proud to have a team of experienced Advanced Practice Providers, including Heather Porto, CNM, Amy Pheiffer, APN, and Shannon Graves, APN.

Services

At Affinity Women's Health Care, we offer a wide range of services to meet the unique needs of our patients. Our obstetrical and gynecological services include:

• Obstetrical care, including prenatal and postpartum care, as well as delivery and postpartum support
• Gynecological care, including routine examinations, pap smears, and screenings for sexually transmitted diseases
• Menopausal management, including hormone therapy and counseling
• Infertility treatments, including medications and artificial insemination
• Surgical interventions, as needed

We also offer aesthetic services through our affiliated practice, Affinity Cosmedic. Our aesthetic services include:

• Botox and Dysport treatments for wrinkle relaxation and facial rejuvenation
• Fillers for facial contouring and volume restoration
• Laser hair removal and skin treatments for hair reduction, skin tightening, and pigmentation correction
• Diamond Glow facials for detoxification and skin rejuvenation
• Massages and facials for relaxation and overall well-being
