Mission Statement: To exceed expectations with excellence
Our Story
November 30, 2001 was a pivotal moment in the journey of The WaterLeaf at Land Park. With a vision of exceeding expectations and providing exceptional care, founders Paul Cimino, Mike Williamson, and Sally Cimino set out to transform a vacant property into a nurturing home for the elderly. Guided by their deep understanding of the needs of seniors and their unwavering commitment to integrity and compassion, The WaterLeaf rapidly gained recognition as a leading assisted living community in the region.
