All Access Mental Health (AAMH) is a private, non-profit community-based behavioral healthcare agency serving the Greater Mercer County community. Founded in 1974, we are accredited by The Joint Commission and licensed by the State of New Jersey. Our mission is to empower those with mental illness through a variety of behavioral health services.
At AAMH, we believe in providing the highest quality mental health services that empower individuals, are sensitive to and respectful of individual and cultural differences, honor human dignity, and are tailored to meet each individual's treatment needs. We believe that mental health services should be accessible to all, and that no one should ever be turned away due to their inability to pay.
Our values are centered around trust, integrity, dignity, empowerment, empathy, camaraderie, commitment, and candor. We believe that our staff is our most valuable resource and strive to ensure they have the support they need to provide the highest level of care to our clients.

We understand that seeking mental health services can be a daunting task, which is why we have made our services accessible by allowing individuals to just walk-in or call us between 8:00am and 2:00pm, Monday to Friday. Our services are available for those who need help with mental health challenges such as depression, obsessive compulsive disorder, drug and alcohol dependency, or bi-polar disorder.
Consumer Satisfaction
At AAMH, we take pride in hearing from our clients and making improvements to our services. We administer a consumer satisfaction survey each year to gather feedback about our performance and the quality of service being delivered to the residents of Greater Mercer County. Confusion and Disorganization
The first reviewer, Laure G., gave 4 stars and complained about the inconsistent hours listed on the clinic's website and pages. This made it difficult for others to plan their visits.
Unprofessional Treatment
Taz, a psychiatrist themselves, was appalled by the treatment their mother received from Dr. Maddaiah and AAMH. They claimed that Dr. Maddaiah abandoned their mother and failed to provide necessary refills or guidance, violating professional ethics.
Poor Therapy and Staff
Krista Orellana and Green Elf Alchemy & Botanicals both had negative experiences with the therapist and staff at AAMH. Krista's children were forced to switch therapists multiple times, while Green Elf Alchemy & Botanicals felt dismissed and unheard by the "doctor" they saw.
Positive Experiences
Sol Pacheco and Maryanne Naro, on the other hand, had excellent experiences at AAMH. Sol praised the staff and counselors for being wonderful and capable, while Maryanne recommended the clinic for its warm and helpful employees.
Concerns about Medication and Treatment
Steve Wadsworth and Corrin expressed concerns about the clinic's treatment approach. Steve felt that the clinic was more interested in getting patients addicted to medication than providing proper care. Corrin was disgusted that they were no longer allowed to see their therapist after seeing them for over a year and a half.
