The Florida Ballet is a cornerstone of artistic excellence, providing the finest in dance performance, education, and community outreach programming to Northeast Florida for over 43 years. Our mission is to bring world-class dance to audiences of all ages and backgrounds, from seasoned patrons of the arts to those experiencing live dance for the first time.

Our History

With a rich history spanning over four decades, The Florida Ballet has established itself as a premier professional ballet company in Northeast Florida. We annually present a season of four to six programs, including our beloved holiday classic, The Nutcracker, and a diverse repertoire of classical, contemporary, and original works.

Our Services

At The Florida Ballet, we offer a wide range of classes and programs for students of all ages and skill levels, from recreational to pre-professional. Our training programs include the Faculty Trainee Program, Conservatory Program, Training Center, Boys/Men's Program, Teen & Adult Classes, and Summer Programs. We also provide community outreach programming, including In-School Residencies & Lecture Demonstrations, After School Outreach, Ballet Classes, and Abbreviated Performances.
