Our clinic is located in Jonesboro, AR, and we are committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based care to every patient who walks through our doors.

At Hope & Healing, we believe that mental health therapy is only one part of the healing process. Our goal is to help our patients not only find relief from their struggles but also to learn to care well and relate well so they can live well. We provide a safe and nurturing environment where honest and healthy connections can occur, allowing patients to identify and exercise their unique personal strengths, find help and encouragement for daily life, and gain the insight they need to cultivate an overall sense of well-being.

Our team of therapists offers a wide range of services, including medication management, psychotherapy, and supportive resources. We are skilled in providing Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and BrainCore Neurofeedback. We are committed to using the latest evidence-based approaches to therapy, and we tailor our treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.

Our Services

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)

EMDR is a form of therapy that helps the brain heal from the effects of past trauma. By identifying and removing the barriers that block healing, EMDR has been shown to be highly effective in reducing symptoms of trauma, anxiety, and depression. Our trained EMDR therapists use a gentle, patient-centered approach to guide patients through the healing process.

Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT)

TF-CBT is a research-based treatment that helps children and adolescents who have experienced trauma. Our therapists use evidence-based methods to help patients overcome emotional and behavioral issues that result from trauma. TF-CBT has been shown to be highly effective in reducing symptoms of post-traumatic stress disorder, anxiety, and depression in children and adolescents.

Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)

DBT is a therapeutic approach that helps patients approach their mental health struggles with mindfulness and acceptance. Our therapists use DBT techniques to help patients learn to regulate their emotions, improve their relationships, and reduce symptoms of borderline personality disorder, self-harm, and substance abuse. DBT has been shown to be highly effective in reducing symptoms of these disorders.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

CBT is a solutions-oriented approach to therapy that helps patients identify unhelpful and harmful thoughts and perceptions and develop strategies to control and move past them. CBT has been shown to be highly effective in reducing symptoms of many disorders, including depression, anxiety, eating disorders, and post-traumatic stress disorder.

BrainCore Neurofeedback

BrainCore Neurofeedback is a natural, drug-free way of training the brain to operate in a more healthy, balanced manner. By identifying abnormal behaviors of brain function, BrainCore Neurofeedback retrains the brain to self-regulate and find new and better pathways of function. This gentle therapy has been shown to be highly effective in reducing symptoms of many disorders, including anxiety, depression, and attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD).

At Hope & Healing of Northeast Arkansas, we are dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based care to individuals struggling with mental health and trauma issues. We believe that every person has the strength and ability to overcome their obstacles and cultivate an overall sense of well-being.
