Welcome to Simon Welding, Inc., a family-owned and operated business located in the heart of Winterset, Iowa. With 30 years of experience in the industry, we have established ourselves as a trusted provider of high-quality metal fabrication services at reasonable prices. Our team is led by Randy Simon and Trevor Simon, who bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to every project we undertake.

At Simon Welding, Inc., we specialize in custom manufacturing products for semi trucks and trailers. Our flagship product is the Simon Longhaul Cab Guard, which is designed to hold load securement items such as chains, binders, ratchet bars, tarps, coil racks, and more. Load lights and grab handles are available upon request, and a Revolving Light Bar can be added for an additional cost. Our Cab Guards are 16" deep, 67" tall, and 82" wide, providing 38.25 cubic feet of storage space.

In addition to our custom manufacturing services, we also operate a welding repair shop for farm equipment, construction/heavy equipment, semi truck and trailer welding repairs, and trailer hitch installation. We offer steel sales, PTO shaft repair parts, and trailer hitch parts in stock, and have two portable trucks available for on-site welding by our DOT certified welders.

• Bottom Boxes for Simon Longhaul: 16" deep x 16" tall x 17" wide, 2.3 cubic feet.
• Tall Top Box for Simon Longhaul: 16" deep x 16" tall x 82" wide, 10.95 cubic feet.
• Revolving Light Bar: Designed to telescope up or down, depending on the load you may be hauling. The Light Bar does not include the light itself.
