• Julius N. Kohler, C.P.A. founded the accounting firm of Julius N. Kohler, Certified Public Accountant in 1955. He led the firm until his death in 1991 and was instrumental in shaping the firm's values and work ethic.
• David M. Franklin, C.P.A., J.D. joined the firm in 1970 and became a partner in 1975. As both a Certified Public Accountant and Attorney, David M. Franklin has been involved with various Wisconsin Institute of Certified Public Accountants and State Bar of Wisconsin continuing education programs for both professions.
• Scott B. Franklin, C.P.A., J.D. joined the firm in 1995 and became a partner in 1998. He is a third generation Certified Public Accountant and second generation attorney with a concentration in the firm's tax, estate planning, business advisory, and litigation support practices.
