Our History

Our Master Instructor has been involved in martial arts for over 50 years and has spent decades perfecting the art of Tai Shin Doh, a style that combines the best elements of Krav Maga, Judo, and JuJitsu. Our style is one of the broadest and most comprehensive available, allowing us to tailor our instruction to the individual needs of each student.
