Services
Custom Homes
McCreary Homes specializes in building custom luxury residences tailored to client preferences and challenging terrains. Our process begins with lot evaluation and architectural collaboration, ensuring homes integrate seamlessly with Arizona's desert landscapes. We focus on energy efficiency through strategic sun exposure and natural airflow while maintaining timeless aesthetics. Clients benefit from our hands-on project management, which includes coordinating finishes, lighting design, and smart home technology integration.
High-End Renovations
We transform existing homes through comprehensive renovations that enhance functionality and modernize aesthetics. Our expertise includes kitchen and bathroom overhauls, historic preservation, and 1,000+ sq ft additions while maintaining architectural integrity. The process involves selecting premium materials, coordinating skilled subcontractors, and implementing design solutions that align with current lifestyle needs. Clients receive transparent budgeting and timeline management to minimize disruption during construction.
Site Development
Our site development services assess and prepare challenging terrains for construction, including rocky slopes and ecologically sensitive areas. We conduct soil tests, PERC tests, and native plant preservation studies to determine optimal building strategies. The team coordinates surveying, staking, and utility connections while addressing access challenges. This phase ensures structural stability and compliance with local regulations while preserving natural features that enhance property value.
Architectural Planning
We facilitate collaboration between clients and architects to create customized home designs that reflect personal style and functional requirements. Our team participates in design meetings, provides budget guidance, and coordinates material selections to ensure feasibility. We resolve plan discrepancies and manage subcontractor input throughout the process. This service ensures designs balance aesthetic vision with practical construction considerations for Mediterranean, modern, and Santa Fe style homes.
Functional Storage Solutions
Our storage solutions integrate seamlessly into custom home designs, maximizing usability without compromising aesthetics. We implement tailored closet systems, garage organization, and built-in cabinetry that align with client lifestyles. The process considers long-term needs during the design phase to avoid post-construction modifications. These solutions enhance home functionality while maintaining clean, uncluttered interiors that contribute to the overall luxury aesthetic.
