We also offer a unique Repair Request Builder feature, which allows our clients to create a project and repair request list from their inspection findings. This feature is accessible from any device with an internet connection, making it easy for our clients to work on their list from anywhere. After determining their repair requests, they can be included with their real estate agent's standard repair addendum so that their terms for a purchase are well-documented.
