Established in 1967, NOCCCD is a public community college district that serves the North Orange County region, comprising the cities of Anaheim, Buena Park, Cypress, Fullerton, La Palma, Stanton, and Villa Park.

Accreditation and Governance

NOCCCD is accredited by the Accrediting Commission for Community and Junior Colleges (ACCJC) of the Western Association of Schools and Colleges. We are also governed by the NOCCCD Board of Trustees, which is composed of eight members elected by the community.
