Payment Options

We accept most major credit cards, including Discover, MasterCard, and Visa. We also work with many insurance providers and will gladly submit claims on your behalf. We ask for a $10 minimum payment at the time of service.

We are conveniently located at 2 Hughey Alley in Ellicottville, NY. Our office is easily accessible and has ample parking. We are open Tuesday-Friday from 9am-5pm, and on Saturday from 8:30am-12pm. We are closed daily from 12pm-1pm for lunch.
