Our licensed therapist, Dr. Oleg, has over 30 years of experience in manual bodywork and holds a U.S. massage therapy license, as well as a background in medicine as a former Ukrainian MD.
Our 60-minute structural and myofascial full-body massage session is a comprehensive treatment that starts from the feet and legs and works its way up to the back, arms, and neck. This detailed manual bodywork focuses on addressing spinal degenerative disc pathology, which can cause pain and discomfort, as well as other associated neurological features.
We also offer a 30-minute Medical Massage session, which is specifically designed to address spinal disco-pathology on the cervical, thoracic, lumbar, and lumbosacral levels, or due to spondylarthritis. This session includes an assessment of the level of intervertebral disco-pathology and is focused on improving mobility and range of motion.
