At Hutton & Smith Brewing Co., we're passionate about brewing great beer and celebrating the wonders of geology and cats. Our story began in 2015 when we decided to pursue our dream of opening a brewery in Chattanooga, Tennessee. We were drawn to the city's vibrant craft beer scene, its strong sense of community, and its stunning natural beauty.

Our Story

We're a small, family-owned brewery that's dedicated to crafting high-quality, unique beers that showcase the best of traditional brewing techniques and innovative flavor combinations. Our beers are the result of a passion for brewing and a passion for life. We strive to create beers that are both delicious and Instagram-worthy.

Our Core Beers

We offer a range of beers that cater to every palate and preference. Our core beers include Igneous IPA, a classic IPA with a citrus and pine aroma; Tectonic Session IPA, a hoppy and refreshing beer with notes of citrus and tropical fruit; Basecamp Blonde, a crisp and drinkable blonde ale; The Good Schist, a well-rounded American Pale Ale with hints of grapefruit; and Promenade NEIPA, a juicy and tropical hazy IPA.

Our Brewery

At our brewery, we're committed to using only the highest-quality ingredients and traditional brewing methods to craft our beers. We source our ingredients from around the world, including domestic, English, German, Irish, and Belgian malts, as well as hops from around the globe. We're dedicated to creating a consistent and delicious product that our customers will love.
