Recently, we have expanded our services to include CIC HOMES, a new division focused on design-oriented approaches for kitchen remodels, showers, and home remodels. This expansion offers our clients a one-stop shop for all their home improvement needs, ensuring that we can provide comprehensive solutions for every aspect of their projects.

Our company's history dates back to the year 2000, when our owner, Cesar, began his journey in the flooring industry as an entry-level carpet installer. Over the years, he worked tirelessly to become a Master Installer, eventually deciding to open his own business with his wife, Clara. Today, CIC Floors has been in the flooring business for 16 years, serving metro Atlanta residential and commercial customers with quality products and services at competitive prices.

Clara and Cesar bring a unique blend of skills and experience to every project. Clara, a trained soprano singer and music teacher with a law degree from the Dominican Republic and a master's in music management from Georgia State, understands the importance of acoustics and aesthetics. Cesar, after serving in the military in Mexico, came to the United States to help his family and eventually decided to stay. His passion for flooring led him to open his own business, driven by a desire to help others master the skills he has learned.
