What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is available for a $50 fee with prior approval.
Are the vacation rentals pet-friendly?
Some properties accept pets with a pet deposit, daily fee, and signed waiver. Please inquire during booking.
Is smoking allowed in the rental properties?
All rental properties are non-smoking; tobacco and marijuana use are prohibited indoors.
What are the office hours for Peak Property?
The office is open Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. during peak seasons.
Can I ship items to my rental property before arrival?
Yes, packages can be sent to Peak Property's office for a delivery fee of $35 for the first package and $25 for each additional one.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations made 30 days before arrival receive a full refund. Cancellations between 14-30 days receive a 50% refund. Within 14 days, no refund is issued.
