Exceptional Service and Photography
All Star Photography has a remarkable reputation, with reviewers praising their exceptional service and photography skills. For years, they have taken photos of school, camp, and Little League baseball events for one reviewer's sons, and every picture has been "less than fantastic." The photographer, Rich, uses creative tactics to make children smile, such as using toys and silly words, and even merged two photos to create an amazing shot.
Unprofessional Behavior and Poor Service
On the other hand, one reviewer had a disastrous experience with the studio. When Cortlandt American Little League hired All Star Photography for team and individual photos, the reviewer clashed with the older photographer (presumably the owner). The reviewer reported that the photographer was quick to anger, frustrated, and aggressive towards adults and children. As a result, the reviewer would not use the studio again and recommends that the league seek alternative options.
