Cedar Psychological Center is an online mental health practice dedicated to empowering individuals in the Hampton Roads region of Virginia to achieve greater emotional well-being. We utilize evidence-based interventions to address a wide range of concerns in a safe and supportive environment.

Meet Dr. Amber Parker, Founder & Clinical Psychologist

Dr. Amber Parker is a licensed Clinical Psychologist with over 15 years of experience. Her compassionate and insightful approach utilizes a person-centered philosophy to collaboratively guide clients towards self-discovery and lasting change. Dr. Parker specializes in treating anxiety, mood disorders, stress, and various other mental health concerns affecting adults.
