Our Principals

Our principals, David L. Mayfield and Kelli Stevens, bring a combined 50+ years of experience in real estate development, design, and construction. David's expertise spans over 30 years, with a professional background in architecture, landscape architecture, urban design, and engineering. He is a licensed real estate broker and general contractor, with a portfolio that includes the design and development of over 1000 residential units and commercial spaces. Kelli, with her undergraduate and graduate training from the University of Georgia, directs all sales, marketing, and public relations for Mayfield Development projects, as well as conducting market research and tracking regional marketing and sales trends.
