Home Inspection
Our comprehensive home inspections evaluate all major systems including roofing, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC. We identify visible defects and safety concerns following InterNACHI standards. Our non-invasive assessments help buyers and sellers make informed real estate decisions with detailed reports including photographic documentation.
Mold Testing
We conduct thorough mold inspections focusing on moisture-prone areas and visible growth patterns. Our testing identifies potential mold concerns while explaining health implications for different populations. The assessment includes recommendations for specialist remediation when necessary.
Termite Inspection
Our licensed inspectors examine properties for termite damage and conducive conditions. We check structural components for evidence of infestation and recommend preventive measures. The inspection follows North Carolina Structural Pest Control standards.
Radon Testing
We perform radon testing in accordance with state licensing requirements. Our assessments measure radon levels in indoor air and provide mitigation recommendations when elevated levels are detected during the inspection period.
Water Intrusion
Our moisture barrier inspections identify water intrusion points and potential damage. Using thermal imaging technology, we detect hidden moisture issues in walls and structural components. The assessment includes repair recommendations to prevent future problems.
