Our Mission

Our mission is to empower and support young adults who have aged out of foster care by providing them with the essential resources and guidance they need to navigate life on their own terms. We achieve this through:

• Mentorship and Guidance: We offer individualized mentorship and guidance on various aspects of life, including budgeting, transportation, and career development.
• Housing Support: We work collaboratively with partners to secure temporary and permanent housing options for our young adults.
• Emotional and Mental Health Support: We provide access to mental health resources and therapies to help them manage their emotional challenges.
